According to Mr. Kaneda Yoshinori – Executive Director of Meiko Network Vietnam, the company is committed to working with CTECH to develop a Japan-standard training program, ensuring that students not only meet domestic recruitment requirements but are also prepared for the international labor market.
Japan is currently facing a labor shortage in the healthcare sector, particularly in nursing and caregiving. In this context, CTECH has been selected by the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam as a key partner in the EPA Project (Economic Partnership Agreement) after a thorough evaluation process. The EPA Project is implemented under the sponsorship of the Vietnamese and Japanese governments, offering outstanding benefits:

- Students will receive intensive Japanese language training at Meiko Network’s Hanoi branch.
- All training fees for Japanese language and culture, dormitory expenses, meals, and procedures for traveling to Japan are fully covered
- While studying in Vietnam, each student participating in the project will receive an allowance of $8.5 per day, ensuring the best living conditions.
