I. ELIGIBILITY, ADMISSION METHOD AND TRAINING DURATION
1. Eligibility and Admission Method:
- Eligibility: Students who have graduated from lower secondary school (THCS).
- Admission Method: Selection based on academic records (grade 9 transcript) and interview results.

2. Tuition Fees
- Vocational training tuition: Students will undergo vocational training for two years. The tuition fee is collected in two semesters per year, with each semester costing 10,160,000 VND (Ten million one hundred sixty thousand VND).
- Government financial support: Tuition support will be provided according to state regulations. After completing the enrollment process, the school will assist students in processing the necessary documents to receive tuition subsidies from the government budget. (Students who drop out will not be eligible for a refund of any previously received vocational training tuition support.)
- High school academic tuition: 550,000 VND/month × 9 months = 4,950,000 VND/year
- Application fee: 100,000 VND
- Utility and teaching equipment fees: 1,000,000 VND/year
- Other fees (to be announced upon enrollment): Health insurance , accident insurance, uniforms, student ID card, medical check-up.
The school provides parking spaces for bicycles, motorbikes, and electric bicycles, as well as bus transportation for students. A dormitory is available on campus for those who wish to register upon enrollment.
III. STUDENT BENEFITS
- Tuition support: Students receive financial aid for vocational training at the intermediate level from the state budget as per regulations.
- Dual diploma: Students will take the national high school graduation exam and, upon graduation, receive two official diplomas: a High School Diploma and an Intermediate-Level Vocational Certificate. After high school graduation, students are given priority for admission to the college-level bridging program at the institution.
- Scholarship opportunities: Eligible students can benefit from policies and financial support, including scholarships from the school’s scholarship fund, businesses, and domestic and international sponsors.
- Modern learning environment: Students have access to state-of-the-art facilities for study and research. They will undergo hands-on training and internships at enterprise-based workshops in Vietnam and abroad, working with modern equipment, automobiles, and machinery. Partner companies include Tamura Vietnam Group, Icam Vietnam, F&A Vietnam, Hải Phong JSC, Mitsubishi Motors, Toyota Motor, Vinfast, Sungroup, and Funa.
- Affordable tuition and financial aid: Students benefit from low tuition fees, tuition exemptions and reductions, and scholarship opportunities in accordance with regulations.
- Higher education pathways: Students can pursue further studies at the college and university levels as per the education system’s policies.
- Applicants must submit the following documents:
- Application form for admission.
- Admission and enrollment notice
- Personal background declaration with local authority verification (01 copy). Certified copies or notarized photocopies of the following documents (03 copies each): Academic transcript (school record). Birth certificate, Citizen identification card.
- Academic transcript (school record).
- Graduation certificate or provisional graduation certificate (Notarized photocopy – 03 copies).
- Youth Union membership booklet (if applicable).
- 3x4 cm photos (02 copies).
- Photocopy of health insurance card (BHYT) or health insurance card number.
- Students who have already submitted applications to other high schools or continuing education centers (GDTX) must complete the necessary cancellation procedures before enrolling at Polytechnic College of Technology and Engineering.
- Students who graduated before 2023 or those without permanent residency in Hanoi must submit a certificate of no legal violations issued by their local authorities.
