CTECH Signs Strategic Partnership with Terumo Corporation – A Gateway for Medical Students to Reach the Global Stage

On June 12, 2025, CTECH officially signed a MoU with Terumo Human Create Corporation (Japan) – one of the world’s leading companies in medical technology.
This event marks a significant milestone in the strategy to train and develop high-quality human resources in the healthcare sector between Vietnam and Japan.
According to the agreement, Terumo Human Create will collaborate with CTECH to implement a range of in-depth, practical programs, including:
  • Organizing internship programs in Japan for CTECH students, particularly those in nursing and health sciences.
  • Supporting the development of professional skills through internationally standardized training courses.
  • Providing career counseling, orientation, and long-term employment opportunities within the Terumo Group.
  • Supporting students in their long-term career development, including after returning to Vietnam.
  • Facilitating the transfer of employment to Terumo's Vietnam branch, helping students settle after working in Japan.

June 12, 2025 marks the official cooperation between CTECH and Japan’s leading medical technology group – Terumo.

The signing ceremony was attended by leaders from both parties. Representing Terumo was Mr. Oshima Hidehiko – Vice President and Executive Director, accompanied by senior executives of the corporation. On behalf of CTECH were Dr. Le Kim Dung – Rector, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tuyen – Chairman of Hai Phong Group, along with the school’s Board of Management, faculty, and staff.

In his remarks at the ceremony, Mr. Oshima Hidehiko emphasized: “We believe that, through our partnership with CTECH – a leading practical training institution in Vietnam – Terumo can help cultivate a healthcare workforce that is not only professionally competent but also ready for global integration.”
Representing CTECH, Dr. Le Kim Dung shared:
“We expect this MoU to be not just the beginning of practical cooperation initiatives, but also a strong driving force that empowers students to confidently pursue international careers in healthcare.”
Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tuyen – Chairman of Hai Phong Group, CTECH’s strategic partner – also expressed his appreciation for the strong tripartite relationship, affirming that this marks a new step in the effort to help young Vietnamese talent reach the global arena.
