CTECH Bids Farewell to Two Training Experts from Nissan and Honda (Japan)

Recently, the Polytechnic College of Engineering and Technology (CTECH), in collaboration with Hai Phong Group, held a farewell ceremony to extend heartfelt appreciation to two Japanese experts: Mr. Nitta Kazuo (Ishikawa Nissan Motor) and Mr. Hamada Kazuhiro (Honda Motor), following more than a month of teaching, training, and accompanying the college’s faculty and students.
During their time at CTECH, the two experts directly engaged in specialized training, transferred professional knowledge, and supported both students and lecturers in practical sessions. In addition, they dedicated significant time to observing and evaluating the overall training environment. According to their assessment, CTECH has invested in modern facilities, with well-equipped workshops and classrooms that effectively support skills development. Notably, CTECH students were recognized for their serious learning attitude, significant progress in technical skills, stable Japanese proficiency, and their diligence and eagerness to learn. The Japanese language teaching staff at CTECH also left a strong impression, demonstrating solid expertise, with many having worked in Japan—enabling them to deliver cultural values, standards, and professional practices of Japan in an authentic and effective manner.
In their farewell remarks, Mr. Nitta Kazuo and Mr. Hamada Kazuhiro expressed gratitude to the CTECH leadership, faculty, and staff for their warm and thoughtful support throughout their tenure. They also conveyed confidence that the college will continue to thrive and serve as a trusted destination for training high-quality human resources for Japanese enterprises.
