CTECH is steadily realizing its strategy of global integration, opening wider doors for students to come closer to their dream of studying and working in Europe.
From July 22–29, 2025, Mr. Nguyễn Xuân Tuyến - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hải Phong Group (the governing body of the Polytechnic College of Engineering and Technology, CTECH) – undertook an important business trip across several German cities. During the trip, he held working sessions with WBS AG in Dortmund, BBC Essen, Sheraton Hotel Essen, as well as a network of restaurants and hotels in Schwerin. These discussions laid the foundation for sustainable partnerships aimed at welcoming high-quality human resources from CTECH and Hải Phong Group into the German labor market.

Under the agreements reached, many of CTECH’s training programs will be directly connected to workforce demands in Germany—ranging from mechanical engineers, industrial electricians, and automation technicians to European–Asian chefs, hotel receptionists, nursing assistants, logistics personnel, construction workers, German interpreters, and international project managers. All of these professions are highly valued and offer long-term prospects in Europe’s industrial powerhouse.

To support students on this journey, WBS Training Vietnam has launched German language courses from levels A0 to B1, while WBS AG will provide instruction at B2 and higher, both online and offline at CTECH. Notably, the upcoming A2 course will feature the participation of both native German lecturers and Vietnamese instructors, offering students an international-standard learning environment right on campus.
With these new and practical opportunities, the pathway from CTECH to Germany has never been more attainable.
