The formal signing ceremony was held with great ceremony and featured the presence of H.E. Hiroshi Hase – Governor of Ishikawa Prefecture, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tuyen – Chairman of Hai Phong Group, and Mr. Phan Tien Hoang – Counselor and Head of the Labor Section at the Embassy of Vietnam in Japan, alongside representatives from Japanese media outlets.
