Upon completion, students will simultaneously receive a formal Associate Degree in Nursing, a certificate for the “Basic Self-Reliance Care Course,” and attain a Japanese language proficiency level of N3 or higher — fully prepared to work in hospitals, nursing homes, or care facilities both in Japan and in Vietnam. Opportunities at Toyota for CTECH Automotive Technology Students

On June 18, 2025, the Polytechnic College of Engineering and Technology (CTECH) had the honor of welcoming a delegation from Japan’s Toyota Group, accompanied by their strategic partner Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company (a member of Sompo Group), for an official visit and working session.This event marks a new milestone in CTECH’s collaboration with leading global industrial corporations, opening real-world opportunities for Vietnamese students to experience an international-standard working environment while still in school.Previously, CTECH had engaged in effective collaboration with Hino Motors — a member of the Toyota Group — through sponsorship of teaching and training equipment in the Automotive Technology program (specifically the Hino FM8JN7A truck).Building on that success, Toyota has now formally proposed expanding the scope of cooperation, aiming to launch a large-scale internship program exclusively for students of CTECH's Automotive Technology department. According to the plan announced during the meeting, up to 200 Automotive Technology students from CTECH will be selected annually to intern and work in Japan through a tripartite training cooperation program between Toyota, Aioi Sompo, and CTECH.This is considered a golden opportunity for young people with aspirations to reach global heights and master world-class automotive engineering standards.  Through this program, students will:Experience Toyota’s global standards in automotive manufacturing, maintenance, and service processes;Strengthen their professional skills under the guidance of Japanese engineers and advisors;Receive paid internships with support in insurance, accommodation, and various logistical benefits.  As part of the visit, the delegation from Toyota and Aioi Sompo toured CTECH’s facilities, including practical training workshops and theoretical classrooms.They highly appreciated the well-invested training environment and were especially impressed by the professional teaching methods and serious learning attitude of the faculty and students.
