On July 14, 2025, the Polytechnic College of Engineering and Technology (CTECH), in collaboration with Hai Phong Group, had the honor of welcoming a delegation of 24 representatives from the Kanazawa Business Association, Japan.

This was regarded as a significant diplomatic event, contributing to enhancing the international standing of CTECH while opening up extensive cooperation opportunities in training and supplying high-quality human resources.
As part of the working agenda, the Kanazawa delegation toured CTECH’s facilities and infrastructure, including its practical training workshops and specialized classrooms for automotive engineering, mechatronic engineering technology, electrical and electronic engineering technology, nursing, and more.
The delegation particularly praised CTECH’s “learn by doing” training model, where theoretical knowledge is closely integrated with practical skills throughout the learning process.
With its internationally standardized curriculum, experienced teaching staff, and modern learning environment, CTECH is expected to become a strategic partner in training and providing high-quality technical human resources for the Japanese labor market.
The delegation toured CTECH’s specialized classrooms.
Visitors were impressed by CTECH’s infrastructure.
Previously, CTECH had signed a cooperation agreement with the Ishikawa Automobile Association, laying a solid foundation for future exchange programs, vocational training, and labor dispatch initiatives to Japan.
During the meeting, delegates from the Kanazawa Business Association expressed their positive impressions of CTECH’s training capabilities.
Students and trainees at CTECH are comprehensively prepared in terms of technical knowledge, soft skills, and professional working attitudes — all essential qualities for adapting to Japan’s industrial environment.
This event not only opens up access to scholarships, internships, and attractive employment policies in Kanazawa and other Japanese regions but also serves as a crucial bridge helping CTECH students and Hai Phong Group trainees explore additional international career development pathways.
With its strong international integration strategy, CTECH continues to affirm its role as a reputable, modern vocational training institution, ready to supply high-quality human resources to Japan and other developed countries.
The school expects that substantive collaborations such as the one with the Kanazawa Business Association will act as a catalyst in helping many generations of Vietnamese students reach out to the world.
